Tips to stay Happy & Motivated

Hello Lovelies!

I thought I would write a little post about staying happy and motivated. Everyone will go through difficult times in their lives big or small. When things don't go the way you want them to it is difficult to stay happy and move on. So I thought I would give you some tip which I like to do myself and ones which I have read about. 

- Acceptance is key

Everyone goes through hard times, I truly believe you should accept the hard times even when it may feel like the world is against you, just remember things will get better. So many things can be upsetting bit don't fret about how rubbish you feel hold your head high and take one day at a time.




-Positivity

When thing get tough for me, I like to think about how I can improve my situation. If it is beyond my control I like to remind myself things will improve. Try to think of positive things like, what makes you happy or something positive you want to happen in the future. For me personally I like to read happy and uplifting quotes, read a book and listen to music.





-Plan

Be productive, I am very big on planning I like to know what I am going to do and when. I think planning your day the night before will mean you'll be as practical and productive as you can be. Just remember if you don't follow the plan you made then that okay because there is always tomorrow.




Finally...


- Celebrate accomplishments 

I think the best way to stay motivated is to set goals wether they are big or small. Work hard to complete your goals and when you so reward yourself. Do something special like throw a party or buy that high end lipstick you have wanted for ages. By treating yourself you will then want to set more goals and complete them.
